How We Met

“We both met at our local church early 2019”. Ashley was a worship leader singer and Josh was a new drummer joining the worship team. “Our pastor introduced us and we immediately became great friends!” They knew each other for about a year before Josh finally asked for Ashley’s number and the rest was history :)

The Proposal

November 22, 2023:

“He convinced me that we were going to dinner with his family for the night - which I believed. He then proceeded to make multiple stops to random places before heading home to “pick up the family”. He told me we had to use the back door because the front was being “fixed”. He guided me to his garden and I saw flower petals leading the way… I blanked after that” :’) - Ashley

“I still remember the day I first laid eyes on her, it was 2016 - before she even knew I existed. Oblivious to what the future held but I felt drawn to her” <3
